3You receive £100 store creditOnce your friend’s custom order is paid and confirmed, we add £100 store credit to your House of Ice account to use on a future purchase.

Who can I refer?
Any new client who has not purchased a custom piece from House of Ice before.
There’s no limit to how many different friends you can refer.
When do I receive my £100 credit?
Your £100 store credit is added once your friend’s custom order is fully paid and confirmed
(after any cooling-off or returns period, where applicable).
How do I use my credit?
We’ll contact you by email or WhatsApp with your credit details.
You can then redeem it on a future purchase with House of Ice, subject to our terms below.
Can my friend stack this with other offers?
The referral discount cannot usually be combined with other promotions or discounts,
unless we state otherwise in writing at the time of purchase.

• Minimum spend for the referred friend’s discount is £500 on a qualifying custom piece.
• Referral discount is valid on a friend’s first custom purchase only and must be clearly linked to your name at the time of enquiry or checkout.
• £100 rewards are issued as store credit only and have no cash value. They cannot be exchanged for cash or transferred.
• One £100 reward is issued per new customer referred. Self-referrals or duplicate accounts are not eligible.
• House of Ice reserves the right to review, pause or withdraw the referral program, or refuse rewards in cases of misuse or suspected fraud.
